DTEP - Design & Technology Education Partnership

Cliffeco has been happily working with the Technology Enhancement Programme (TEP) for over a decade and we have been constantly inspired by the new things we discovered as part of their team.

It inspired us to build a new supply service dedicated to TEP member schools. Sadly, having been recently directed towards the new Engineering Diploma, TEP is soon to be closed, although some legacy material will be transferred to Middlesex University.

The good news is that the dedicated ex-TEP team are now busy creating a reborn not-for-profit organization: the Design & Technology Education Partnership and together with Stuff4Schools we are developing a host of exciting new curriculum projects to inspire and enthuse teachers and students alike!

Cliffeco TEP Associate

As an associate member of the Technology Enhancement Programme (TEP), Cliffeco are responsible for a large part of TEPs design, web and printed material. TEP is supported by one of Lord Sainsbury's trusts - the Gatsby Charitable Foundation. The TEP stand will be at this years D&T with ICT show held at the NEC in Birmingham on the 15-17th of November.

MUTR - Teaching Resources website launched

The New Teaching Resources website developed by Cliffeco, using a heavily modified version of the OsCommerce e-commerce solution together with a sage accounts and live stock backend, went live over the weekend. The 1500 product, 10k customer site was migrated to our servers successfully and now adds much more functionality and stability for both the admin and customer.
